What is Iroko Deck?

Made from Milicia excelsa (formerly Chlorophora excelsa), iroko decking offers high resistance to water, UV and insects thanks to its natural oils. It is chosen as a cost-effective teak alternative for terraces, pool edges and marinas.

At Bahar Timber, sustainably sourced iroko decking is processed under controlled conditions. With periodic oiling, color and durability are preserved while keeping maintenance low for outdoor projects.
